It is undoubtedly the Duty of all Persons to serve the Country they live in, according to their Abilities; yet I sincerely acknowledge, that I have hitherto been very deficient in the Particular; whether it was for want of Will or Opportunity, I will not at present stand to determine: Let it suffice, that I now take up a Resolution, to do for the future all that lies in my Way for the Service of my Countrymen.
For my fellow countrymen, it is with in my honor to descend onto you, a great feat in our goals as patriots. The masonic notion of my brother's keeper, and thy sister's maker has been broken. The racist party known as The Republican Collective -- has taken over the Grand Old Party (GOP). To those who embody Lincoln's promise and party: The National Union Party (NUP) a bipartisan party of middle America with on core goals, that four score any event that overshadowed the republic; last died. The party built by a noble man in a bipartisan effort to keep, America as great as it can be, with moderate republicans and what was known as Reagan Democrats in the GOP, has now died.
Your promise of center right governance in America is now gone. Your role as a patriot, who embodies the values of the system built on a 13 colony solution has now been washed away. The same constitution that breaths liberty for all, is now in imperil. This extremely right rhetoric throwing, left hating and non-compromising party known as The Republican Collective -- have now made a personal issue. A political hot football -- which will be a standing tool for an endless notion of repeal and replace.
When the party known as The Republican Collective, voted to repeal and replace the Affordable Patient Protection Care Act; they voted to end bipartisan governance in Health Care? They voted to make a choice of health care a private matter with you and your doctor, to a public matter with you and your senator, or congressman. They voted to make a life choice between you and your doctor, a public board room debate between your congressional representative and the health insurance provider! When they voted on the repeal and replace of Health Care -- they made a choice to make this a political football for candidates in all markets. They voted to make this a 4 year topic for presidential candidates, and a 2 year role call for representatives -- with a 6 year crying call to your Senators. They voted to make this a 8 year, notion that with every 7th year of these political agenda, you will have a replacement vote, that repeals a basic of humanity: health care.
The republic can debate on whether Health Care is a right or a privilege, but that debate shouldn't be a partisan political on repeal and replace in a campaign cycle of 2 years for House of Representatives, 6 years for Senators, and 4 years for presidential candidates.
Now for what was done with the passage of this Health Care law, currently passed by The Republican Collective, is to take away funding in this single legislation, by lowering the pool of people embodied into the system. Many families in New Jersey will not be able to afford the new law, and may be forced out of Health Care. That will cause a rip hole in those in a pool, known as the high risk pool. Which means, for instance a person who is healthy but have a pre-existing condition that they were born with, will now be removed from the high risk pool; based on the simple notion of them not being able to afford to pay the high cost of the premiums.
Now because those many numbers are removed from that pool, it lowers the funding of that pool. Which will result in the exchange becoming more competitive and more expensive. So those that are sick, and have pre-existing condition, will have to pay more out of pocket expenses, making the high risk pool extremely not affordable -- based on lack of members in the pool.
It will cost the government more because of the fact, that there will be less people in the pool -- so it will have to subsidies the cost overrun of the exchange. In simple terms: Insurance companies will make more in profits, and the public will pay more on both ends of the spectrum. The insurance companies will get a larger end of the government funding, while the insured citizen, will have to pay more based on lack of numbers in the High Risk Pool.
Now, we can run a novel about the dangers of health care and break it down in every single category if we so choose -- yet it will distort the facts. Those with conditions that they have been born with, will not be able to afford this Health Care bill; these are facts. So those that are healthy, who may not be sick -- and stay healthy enough despite their conditions will be forced out of the high risk pool based on affordability.
Simple Terms: If I have an enlarged heart, and I am healthy -- meaning I work out and have a good bill of health. I am in the high risk pool because of the fact of my condition that I was born with. So my premiums will go into the exchange pool; give valued coverage to someone who is not as healthy as I am and have the same conditions as I do -- who would also need to visit the doctors monthly, will now lose out. Because of this bill I am now taking out of the picture, my condition and health is now endanger. Because now I have no health coverage, and that is based on not being able to afford health care, which results in the person that I would have been sponsoring has lose out on critical funding in a high risk pool -- simply because, the market has less members in the pool; which is now making the pool more expensive than it was before.
That is the question for many of those that are young with conditions that they were born with; which is -- if they are removed from the market, and because they have been able to stay healthy, why can't their good bill and money be used to help those that are not sick? And why can't it be affordable enough to make sure that the money in the pool stays in the pool, to help someone who needs a heart transplant, or medical treatment for their heart. Isn't that what being an American is all about, isn't that what being a patriot of a country is meant for. This party of collective republicans known as The Republican Collective -- have their ideas wrong, and placed corporate interest, and election data of a job status in congress over you, The American Constituent.
Signed 21 century Silence DoGood.
